Here are some hints to help you get the most out of your CipherWave experience.

Use the resources available to you

We provide customers with an Account Manager. Their role is to understand your business requirements and to help you find the best solutions for your organisation. Our Pre-Sales team provide excellent technical support throughout the decision making process. They are there to answer your questions and together with the Customer Design team to architect the optimum solution for your business.

Once your service is operational you’ll also have access to NOC (Network Operational Centre), or email:support@cipherwave.co.za

Customers may also have a dedicated Service Manager allocated to ensure the smooth running of your CipherWave services and provide you with ongoing support.

Keep us in the loop

For your security we can only accept service requests from nominated individuals in your organisation. If you keep your list of nominated technical and support contacts up to date it helps us support you more effectively.
