CipherVault utilises a patented CipherVault Management System (CVMS). The system ensures that all information about you, your data, our policies and logs run on an encrypted platform. The entire facility incorporates humidity and temperature control with fall-over safety systems, as well as the monitoring of stray magnetic fields that could affect the archival life-span of your information. Once your media arrives at our facility, e-mail and/or sms notification is sent to the designated contact person at your offices. Every time your media is moved, taken out, or even touched, you will be alerted. You have the ability to manage your data assets on-line as well as monitor or amend scheduled pickups and request emergency collections or deliveries at the click of a mouse. If you prefer using the phone - go ahead, after authentication, we will update any request you have.

Our reusable media canisters are colour coded and tagged for transport. The hardened canisters protect your media against data’s most dangerous enemies:- tape edge damage from shock or impact - debris from foreign contaminants and temperature and humidity extremes that are common problems with plastic bags or steel containers. Vehicles are fitted with tracking devices and are GPS enabled to make your data safe and hijack proof. Our fleet is also state of the art, as we adapt hybrid and environmentally friendly vehicles.
