Freeze Period

 Dear Valued CipherWave Customer,

CipherWave Network Freeze Period

As the holiday and festive season is approaching, we would like to take this opportunity in notifying you of our annual network freeze period.  We will enter our freeze period from 2017-12-08 (00:01) up to and including 2018-01-15 (23:59).

This freeze period encompasses the following:

  • No installations requiring any civil construction or optical builds will occur
  • All major Core Network implementations, changes and upgrades will be postponed to the new year

Our freeze period is in accordance with industry best practices and we wish to take this opportunity to ensure you, our customer, that all services provided to you continue to operate as normal during this period. Only changes that are critical to the continued operation of our Core Network or Customers Network, after careful consideration, will be acted upon.

Furthermore, we would like to assure you that all Support offered by CipherWave will continue to operate over this period and all fault logging procedures are unchanged.

We wish to thank you for your valued support during the past year and wish you and your loved ones a safe festive season.
